After booking found out that Unit was on top floor of 3xlevel block; and major construction site next door eg., noisy pile driver, tractors, workmen from 7:00AM. Told unit had an informative ‘compendium’ of helpful info. On subsequent questioning was told this was not in unit as it was being ‘refreshed’.
