No water view. Small side balcony. Felt like we were in the worst single room in the whole complex. Dated and loads of stairs. Definitely not what we thought we were getting. Furniture old and didn’t match, bed very uncomfortable. You can cook in your room which was good for breakfast. Make sure you use the spa and pool to get some of your monies worth! Ring so you get more information about the room you’re actually paying for. Good - has a car park!
