"We stayed at Smokerise Cabin for a few days to be able to ride our motorcycles through the Helen area. The cabin was very well equipped and very comfortable for the 4 adults in our party. There is a large wrap around porch that provided a great place to sit and watch the rain or just hang out and talk. Access to the house was no problem and there was a large parking area that made it easy for us since we were pulling a trailer. The house was in a peaceful location and it was only a few minutes from Helen. There were many things to do in town and a very well stocked General Store run by IGA. There are many restaurants to choose from for whatever type of food you could want. We had a great time there and plan to return next year but stay for the whole week instead of just a few days. Communication from the host was great and on time. Thanks for providing such a great cabin in such a great location."

"We loved our stay at this wonderful house. The place was very clean, cozy, and in a great spot. The host was kind and helpful. Every room had lovely touches that made us feel right at home. We had a relaxing and perfect time here. We cannot wait to come back for another visit soon. Highly recommended to everyone!"

"I am not sure if this cabin could be better. It was so comfortable and clean. It is just far enough out that we were able to fully relax, but close enough that we could easily make it to town for things we happened to need. The creek behind the cabin is such a neat spot for morning coffee. This is definitely somewhere I would recommend to my friends!"

"We stayed in July 2026 and I had so many homes that we were considering, but I always ended up coming back to this cabin because of the views and the helpful fact that it was in between several places that we wanted to visit. The pre check in was great with the owners getting in touch with us as soon as we had booked which was much better than other property owners that we have booked with on this same trip around Georgia! They reached out to us a couple of times which was great and check in was easy with the instructions sent a couple of days before we arrived.When we arrived, we were so happy with the location! Perfect for Helen, Gatlinburg and the vineyards! The home is as pictured, the only thing that wasn’t pictured were the bunks in the lower floor, which were located in the second family room. This wasn’t a problem at all for our family and we found there was plenty of space for us to all get together in the evening for dinner and a glass of wine watching the stars! Would we come back again? Yes, we definitely would! We just need to save our dollars up again for next year as this was a trip we all enjoyed!"
