"A week before we arrived, I checked to make sure the pool was working. They said it was, but when there were a swim classes on Saturday morning, we could use the pool at the Element across the parking lot. We got there and the pool was out of service for the entire time of our stay. Friday through Monday. The Element pool was also out of service for our entire stay. We were very disappointed . The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. . I would recommend some sort of nightlight because when the lights were off, it was really dark. If you had to usethe bathroom in the middle of the night, it was pitch dark. The area around the bathroom sink is pretty minimal if there are two people. I can’t imagine taking a family to this hotel. The so called closet area was very small. It did not go side to side. It went front to back and was very shallow. My husband and I were going to an event where we had to take some nice clothes and there was barely room for them. The bathroom on the first floor near the lobby had no soap in the dispensers for the entire time that we were there, and the trash was never emptied although I did ask the front desk to take care of it on Saturday night. It was never taken care of. It was nice having a pool table in the lobbysince we could not swim and we had a little free time."

"So the breakfast lacked protein like bacon or sausage and came with powdered eggs….it was kinda gross but if you can actually eat waffles you can make your own so that’s good. The room was new and clean but the fan in the bathroom sounded like a helicopter taking off. I got over it and the staff was good. I would recommend if your just looking for a bed and hot shower."

"Spacious and quiet home! Pet friendly with easy check in/ out process. It was difficult to regulate the heat due to the thermostat defaulting to 65 degrees every 2 hours and being lock to our programming. It was rainy, and cold in the mid 40's during our stay."

"My stay at Bedford Hotel Plaza was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the place felt neglected and poorly maintained. The swimming pool was completely unacceptable — there wasn’t even any water in it. Instead of being a relaxing hotel facility, it looked abandoned and unusable, which was incredibly disappointing considering it was advertised as one of the hotel amenities. The room itself was just as bad. The windows didn’t even close properly, which meant constant noise from outside and cold air coming in all night. It made it almost impossible to sleep comfortably, and it also felt very unsafe. Breakfast was the final disappointment. Not only was the food low quality and poorly presented, but there were actual bugs around the breakfast area. Seeing insects near food completely ruined my appetite and raised serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel. Overall, the entire hotel felt run-down, unhygienic, and badly managed. I would absolutely not recommend Bedford Hotel Plaza to anyone looking for a comfortable or clean place to stay. There are far better hotels for the same price. Very disappointing experience."

"I told the front desk I would like extended check out and was told I had till 12. At 9:30 someone opened my door while I was about to take a shower. Thank god my boyfriend had the door lock on!!!! Felt extremely unsafe. How would you feel if some strangler just walks into your room. Even if it was housekeeping you can’t just do that. They did not knock or anything.Then around 11:00am we get a knock from housekeeping even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door and was told we had till 12 to leave."

"Our room reservation was changed to a different room, one bed instead of two. That wasn't too bad. Breakfast was bad, my wife found mold on the fruit. They switched rooms on us again and moved our stuff without our consent. They emailed me to inform me, never called since they didn't have my number on the reservation. I have to give my number on hotels.com, they should have it. My wife was very upset about them moving our stuff, we had to search to be sure we had everything, including our son's medication. We immediately demanded a refund and left, found another hotel."
