"Our room reservation was changed to a different room, one bed instead of two. That wasn't too bad. Breakfast was bad, my wife found mold on the fruit. They switched rooms on us again and moved our stuff without our consent. They emailed me to inform me, never called since they didn't have my number on the reservation. I have to give my number on hotels.com, they should have it. My wife was very upset about them moving our stuff, we had to search to be sure we had everything, including our son's medication. We immediately demanded a refund and left, found another hotel."

"Because the hotel was under renovation, there were some expected inconveniences in terms of access and parking. But, the room suites were still superior and staff was accommodating. Luke any hotel in renovation, there were some tarnishes and older utilities in the room. But, nothing that prevented us from enjoying the services."

"Property was clean. Some of the common areas had a musty smell, but not horrible however, the driveway of parking lot are in terrible disrepair, pavement, falling apart huge potholes definitely should be addressed by property ownership"
