#### this was our second stay in Flat lemonade.

this was our second stay in Flat lemonade. It's cosy and quiet with plenty of room for 2 of us and our dog. it's clean modern and only 5 mins walk into town. great that there is parking - we will def be back . There was plenty of tea, coffee and sugar and this time there were even some little pots of milk.

Had a lovely week here, location was brilliant, had read previous reviews of people struggling with the designated parking being taken by others but we did not have this issue. Car parking space was a little tight (we had borrowed a larger car for the week) but managed. Had an issue with the boiler on day 2, but was very quickly resolved. Lovely little flat- could do with some oven gloves though!
