HOUSE RULES: • No smoking allowed. By booking, you agree that violating the smoking rule you automatically forfeit your security deposit (if any), and an additional $500 charge will be applied for professional deep cleaning and \`de-smoking\` of the house/unit. • Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. • Guests are not allowed to exceed the agreed upon occupancy limit in the reservation.
