Outside, a superb enclosed garden bursts with colourful flowers in summer, and the elevated decked terrace looks across countryside to the sea. Formerly the coach house to Dunsley Hall, this Grade II listed home now offers a welcoming mix of history and comfort. Inside, a well-equipped country-style kitchen and spacious dining room make family meals easy, and after days out, everyone can gather in the cosy lounge for games or conversation. There are three comfortable rooms, all with space for your belongings. You are close to the golden sands of Sandsend Beach and within reach of historic Whitby, with the North York Moors National Park and coastal villages such as Robin Hood’s Bay, Staithes and Runswick Bay nearby. In December the cottage is decorated for Christmas, adding a festive touch to winter stays.
