We liked the space that the unit provided- 3 stories. Although the living room was a little tight, there was good space for socializing, dining, and enjoying time with family. Each bathroom has all the towels and amenities needed. I wish the steam room worked.
We had good options to dine in and out, because the kitchen had all the equipment that we needed.
The unit was strategically located between Whistler and Blackcomb mountain. so it was easy to walk to either one with our gears.

We loved the private hot tub. Location was amazing and very central in the village. Fridge didn’t seem to be working well so did not keep our food and drinks cold. There were also no extra pillows and comforter for the pull out couch.

Dealing with the Administration whiskijack was fantastic! Everything about the property was Excellent
One thing when you leave property you need to put parking pass and gate Access card in box leaving the complex, You do not need swipe card to leave but you need to go to car get pass then walk back take pass in then back again
Way easier to drive out, go through the bus loop park for 1 minute drp off at front door

ALL the Whiski Jack booking staff and property management were EXCELLENT! Very caring and helpful in all requests always a pleasure talking to them! The lobby, elevators and floor areas need a “major" professionally cleaning!! replacing the carpet with something that could be washed clean would be good solution and make a huge difference with the first impression that was not good. Location was great and suite was very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Yes, we would book with the great staff of Whiski Jack again. Thanks again for making our stay enjoyable.

Great location in the heart of the village
This little gem is tucked away in the heart of Whistler Village (our unit had a balcony view of the bridge and Cow’s ice cream). It can be a bit hard to find but the management team provided great directions. Check in was touchless and easy, we were always able to reach a live person for any special requests, and the unit had all the comforts of home.
Now for the cons:
No A/C - I personally enjoyed this and with windows open, fans going all was well.
Noise: being in the middle of everything you will hear music and revelers until 2 or 3 am. Didn’t bother us.
We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious rental in a great location. Shower was hot and powerful, kitchen was spotless.
Fun fact: our unit had a private hot tub and a massive shower with dual rainfall showerheads.

This is a beautiful suite in a great location. We were travelling with 3 generations and this unit met our needs. I was very frustrated with the check in process - one email for a code, one email to pre-check in form which was a pain, (both were in my junk mail so I never saw them until I was standing outside with kids in the dark and rain), then another email with entry info. Other locations I've stayed at have much more streamlined processes. However, we would def stay again.

The hair conditioner was empty, and no response after request on the first day
The coffee machine was not cleaned with the coffee residue still left inside
The loudly low frequency coming from the machine were hearing during sleeping time, and made us difficult to sleep well.
We liked the amount of space and having two levels in the unit we had.
Having parking included was good, but initial access to the reserved parking area was a negative experience. The directions provided were inadequate.

In the heart of Whistler Village! Two bathrooms is a plus, no need to wait or share! The only issue was there is no air conditioner in the unit, and it got HOT. Keeping the windows open at night isn’t an option as Whistler Life is just below your room window. Plus, the loud hot tub on the patio (odd, I agree) is even louder when you have the slider open. I’m sure the place is great when it’s not warm outside. It did have a peculiar odor in the stairway from the main bedroom to the living space.

I was so thankful for the great communication with the staff. Everything was laid out very clearly.
A couple of notes if you are going to be staying here: the parking is a bit of a ways away from the building so bringing wheelie suitcases would be best. The partiers on Friday and Saturday night are pretty loud on the street so if that bothers you be warned. I was kind of grossed out by the hot tub. While the water was clean the tub itself really needed a good wipe down. Also there are a LOT of stairs, so if you have people with mobility issues in your group or very young children you should make a plan for that.
The beds were comfortable, the unit was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies. We’d stay here again.
