There is nothing “lux” about this place. It’s worn, dated and kind of grubby. The carpet is heavily stained, the blinds are old and don’t really work and everything is kind of falling apart. The cleaners missed the bathroom and I messaged the host about it and they said they’d get it fixed then never responded again so I had to clean it myself because it was too gross to use. The pictures are not reflective of how the space actually looks. It’s also incredibly inaccessible unless you are ok with many flights of steep stairs so be warned as that was not in the listing description- my young kids definitely struggled. The area is great and it was definitely quiet and has a lovely outdoor space. But I’m unsure how this place has such a high rating as it’s definitely not great.

Great location. A bit small for 4 but for short stays would be ok. Really pretty spot. Very comfortable. Love our time. Great correspondence with host. All round highly recommended.

Great location!

Both queen beds were extremely comfortable and the loft was more spacious than anticipated.The location was quiet, so we gpt great sleep and it was really close to the grocery, restaurants, and a great coffee shop. The shower had plenty of pressure and hot water for all of us and the.washer and dryer kept us fresh for a full week. We also took advantage of the nearby laundromat as we had really muddy clothes after biking in the rain. Host answered all questions almost immediately and was extremely helpful! We would definitely stay hete again.

This property is not for seniors as access to the second bedroom loft is via a wooden ladder. Although the ladder is shown in a picture the description does not state that access to the loft is via a ladder. It is also a 3rd floor walk up so many stairs to carry luggage up.
