The Space:

Mornings begin with coffee and fresh alpine air, while evenings invite you to unwind beside the indoor gas fireplace (not operational in summer) after a day spent exploring the mountains. Framed by tall windows, the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain provide a striking backdrop in every season; lush and green in summer, snow‑covered in winter. With ski access just steps away, Aspens 466 offers the rare combination of effortless winter convenience and year‑round mountain immersion, keeping you connected to Whistler’s outdoors in every season.



Sleeping arrangements

This single level home comfortably sleeps 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The primary bedroom features a king bed, television, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and convenient access to a separate bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Extra pillows and blankets add comfort on chilly nights.



Living space

The open living area is filled with natural light from large windows and vaulted ceilings. Comfortable seating surrounds the indoor fireplace, creating a warm gathering place after skiing.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, complete with modern appliances and ample prep space. Share meals at the dining table for six before settling in for a relaxed evening indoors.



Ski access

Ski in, ski out access is conveniently located within the Aspens complex. A one-minute walk down the road leads to Merlin’s Run, a green trail offering an easy route to the 10-person Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair. Ski access is weather and snow dependent, typically running from late December through March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow conditions before your arrival upon request.



Shared amenities

After a day outside, ease into the outdoor pool or one of three shared hot tubs. A gym, ski storage, communal bike storage, elevator, and paid parking garage on premises - one space for convenience throughout your stay.



Neighborhood

Located at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, you’re a short walk or free shuttle ride from the Upper Village’s cafés, restaurants, and shops. Whether you’re here for ski season or a quiet mountain escape, this condo places you close to the action while offering a peaceful retreat at day’s end.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. You’ll also enjoy access to the building’s amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness centre, and ski concierge services. Underground parking is available for an additional fee.

The Aspens is a true ski-in/ski-out complex nestled near the base of Blackcomb Mountain, offering unparalleled access to the slopes. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a short walk or free shuttle ride to the Upper Village, where a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options await.



Getting Around:

• 1-minute walk to Merlin’s ski run

• 5-minute walk to Upper Village Stroll

• 20-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 13-minute walk to Fairmont golf course

• 22-minute walk or 6-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• 5-minute drive away from Fresh Street Market (grocery store)

• Free Village Shuttle: A 2-minute walk down the complex road, turn right onto Spearhead Drive, the bus stop will be on the left going downhill



Other Things to Note:

• No in-suite laundry. Shared washer and dryer facilities are available within the building.

• Summer pool & hot tub hours. The main shared pool and hot tubs will be open from 10 am–10 pm daily. The hot tubs near the gym will be open 10 am–10 pm daily.

• Winter pool & hot tub hours. The main shared pool and hot tubs will be open from 2 pm–10 pm daily. The hot tubs near the gym will be open 10 am–10 pm daily.

• Pay parking. Overnight parking is an additional $26 / night.

• No bike storage is available inside the home. Bikes must be stored in the shared bike storage rooms in the underground parkade using your own bike lock. As this is a shared space, it is not recommended for storing high-value bikes. Please contact our team for homes with secure bike storage options.

• Gas fireplace not operational in summer 2026. Fireplace in use in winter only.

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tub

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
