No personal artifacts, which was kind of nice but also meant no extra touches or flourishes! Fine for us as we are used to doing a grocery shop for our needs. Check in was kind of a pain as we had to go to a different part of town and wait in line to check in (much like a hotel) when really all we got were codes (which could have been emailed). We did also get a parking pass, but I feel like that could have been left for us at the building, as there was also a staffed front desk there. Also, the codes were a bit ridiculous in length AND they didn’t give us an elevator code. But all the staff were very nice and kind and easy to communicate with. Just kind of silly policies. The unit was very large and lovely and we felt very comfortable. The area is great and has access to Upper Village, which seems smaller than the main area but had lots of kid activities.
