Only suggestion is that at the check in desk, they should advise that the luggage cart at the elevator is locked, and offer the key if needed. I was also surprised they charged extra in cleaning fees given the pet dander on everything They also charge extra fees to bring a pet, I guess it’s to cover the wear and tear on the dollar store furniture. It was cozy, but next time I would go for somewhere quiet. ##### John H. Furnishings are very nice, couch is comfy, beds are cozy, shower is GREAT! However, AC means window units and portable fans for cooling. Zero screens on windows. VERY LOUD with people screaming obscenities and carousing late in to the night, even though rental agreement says YOU need to be quiet in the unit. We did the Peak to Peak. Worth the $200 US per couple. But, now that we’ve done it, we don’t need to do it again. We would not return. Not the vacation we were looking for. ##### Kathleen D. Friendly staff. Unit felt like a flipped house. Clearly an older building with some light aesthetic touch ups to justify the exorbitant cost on an outdated room. Charges a cleaning fee then demands you take out the trash and run the dishwasher before you check out. Taking out the trash requires a long elevator trip to their basement (elevator is old and moves at a glacial pace), through a garage, and into a locked, filthy trash room.
