Everything that Whistler Village offers is at your door step, along the picturesque, cobble-stoned village stroll. Some of the recent upgrades to this one bedroom one bathroom townhome include paint, carpet, mattresses, duvets and leather pull out couch. Other features include 40 inch TV/DVD/cable, AC, gas fireplace, heated year-round pool, shared sauna, free underground parking and high-speed internet with Wi-Fi. This vacation home sleeps a maximum of four guests but two is recommended. The bedding consists of a queen bed and a queen sofa bed. Reviewer Comments: This large complex is in need of major upgrading. It looks like there are mostly permanent residents living here. On arrival, you have to drag your bags up 2 flights of stairs to reach the bedroom. The decor is tired and the carpet was gross, more like student accomodation. We were disappointed to pay so much for a place that resembled a lodge/ youth hostel. We were woken up each night at 3:30am to what sounded like the spa heater kicking into life the racket would last 1 minute. I emailed the owner, who was able to suggest we flick the fuse box switch to turn the spa off, no apology. We arrived at 10:30pm at night and had to make up the sofa bed ourselves. I emailed the owner and he replied we don’t make up sofa beds so the sheets stay clean. Wouldn’t have been too difficult to make up one of the 2 beds for your guests, again no apology. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice place, but we received the email with instructions a couple of weeks before the trip, and by the trip date, we couldn't find the email and didn't know how to get into our suite. Nobody answered when I called either. We did finally get in and the place in fairly big. The TV had some issues though and kept freezing. The bathroom is all the way on the top floor, and the top floor patio definitely could use a good clean. The hot tub was nice, but kind of dirty inside and the cover was broken. We did love how private the hot tub was though. And the parking lot spots were so freaking tiny! Took us 5-10 mins each time we tried to park because other cars were over the lines in almost all the spots. Enclosed balcony hot tub definitely made the rainy days enjoyable! Hot tub being off the main bedroom might be a bit loud for some at night while it maintains the temperature (I slept through but my partner was less fortunate).
