Staff super helpful. Noisy late at night and we could hear people peeing in next room, not something we expected. Handicap room was a long way from front of hotel, and walking is hard for me which was why I requested it and thought it would be a short walk.

I specifically stayed at this property so that I could access the airport easily with their free shuttle. I scheduled the shuttle for 6am On Friday at 830am, we reserved 2 spots on the free van ride to the airport on Saturday to depart at 6am. At 5:55 am, we were down in the lobby and there was no one around. I tracked down the front desk worker at 6:05 (outside smoking with his buddy) and he said the driver would be coming down any minute. At 6:12, there was no sign of the driver. At 6:15am, the front desk worker called the driver and then told me he had a "situation". No other explanation and he "should be arriving at 6:45. There was no guarantee, no explanation, and no apology. At that point, I told him I had a "situation" too. My "situation" was that I wanted the ride I was promised so that I could make it to my flight on time. He didn't respond and walked away to continue having a smoke break outside with another employee. I had to scramble at pay almost $30 for a ride to the airport and arrive 45 minutes later than planned almost missing my flight. Never again will I stay here and I need to travel to Pittsburgh often over the next few years.

There was a line to check in at 8 pm. Though the staff member was able to work through each person. The room was clean and orderly. The breakfast way good. The airport shuttle is great.

The room was okay, bed was not the most comfortable. We were a few rooms down from the exit for smokers and people to go out at night. This affected our sleep greatly as the door slammed when it shut. The breakfast was decent and the lady that checked us out was very polite and helpful. The shuttle service and parking accommodations were qiute helpful. You can park there for up to 10 days versus paying outrageous prices at the airport. We paid 40.00 for 6 days.

Great value for the money. Very clean room and clean sheets. Full breakfast served in lobby starting at 4am which is about 2 hours sooner than most hotels which is great if you are there for work like I was.

The hotel rooms were clean, front desk was friendly, and the breakfast was free! The only downsides were that it was a little hard to find parking and the outside of the building looked a lot older compared to the other hotels on the street. However I had a great stay and will likely stay again if I'm ever in the area.

For the 9 hours we were on the property, content with cost paid. Shuttle back could have been slightly more efficient but only delayed 20m. It’s not an embassy, but totally worked for what we needed

We booked this property solely based on the proximity to the airport, shuttle services and long term vehicle parking for an out of town trip. Upon are return to the airport the pickup shuttle service never arrived for us. After 3 calls and a 90 minute wait unti 130am we booked an Uber to return to the hotel. The front desk was complete disengaged and unapologetic.

Very nice motel, moderately priced. We checked-in about 10:00 pm. The night front desk clerk was rude. The driver of the airport van was outstanding.

Your property needs updated rooms. Aivent was blowing cool air while on heat. Should have pillow tops on bed for comfort. Not everyone can climb into a tub,should have walk in tubs . Staff tried their best to rectify the issues.
