"We had a wonderful stay at this motel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We stayed in a room with one king-size bed and two single beds, which was perfect for our family. One of the highlights was the thermal spa pool located just behind the room. It was so relaxing to soak in the warm thermal pool after dinner—it made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The bathroom is a little dated, but it was very clean and the shower had great water...

The staff were very busy with there daily chaos but still had time to make sure all there customers were happy. Lodge is a little dated but it’s huge with plenty of activities from a pool, snooker/pool table, gym, gaming devices, tennis courts and extensive grounds. Location is handy to main highways, some of the key attractions and only 20 mins into central Rotorua. Would definitely stay here again."
