"Our flight had been canceled the previous day and, despite calling to notify we would miss our first night, but would still need the next two, we arrived the following night to be informed our room was canceled. After being put in a new room, we were awakened at 2 am to a person first attempting to get in our room, then security knocking on our door telling us we weren't supposed to be in that room. After calling the ront desk, they confirmed we were indeed registered guests and there was a mix up with room assignments. It was resolved, but my goodness, for tired travellers, it was a lot."
