First floor two bedrooms, main shower room with electric shower, Second floor has main bedroom En-suite with power shower. The entire building has been renovated and upgraded in 2021 (not let to guests in 2021). Please note there is no bath on the premises - 3 showers. Floor plans of each floor are in this advert. Guest space in the town house is 70 Sq M/753 Sq Ft, 12 Sq M out door space and 5 Sq M Laundry area (seperate building).
