As explained to your staff when they arrived we were closed to the public due to flooding in our town. we were in the process of reopening and the booking agent you used had the dates wrong. This was not our fault and your agent explained that and gave you a full refund. While i understand it was frustrating it was out of my hands. Also please note that when you use an agent it is them who you pay and who send you the confirmation not the motel you have book

Hi Barry thank you for your review! I will not apologize for our stance on security!! We have been and still are in a world pandemic. Check in is 2pm this is made very clear on your booking it also advises that is you require and early check to get in touch with us 24 hours prior to your arrival. I was not stranded anywhere So I'm not sure what your meaning there. Yes you did run out of toilet paper im affairs I can't not control how much you used but I was more thank happy to give you more when you asked. Lastly as you have ignore all message sent to you by myself and expedia I am left to wonder why you skipped out on paying your bill? You had already stated that you had given expedia I correct card details, then left with out paying! I do wonder if that's the reason behind you not wanting to return? Your bill has been past on to collectors for payment.

Thanks for your reveiw. your sheets were clean as we do our laundry in house (they are not sent to a cleaner) sometimes the odd hair and wrinkle does turn up. i will make sure more care is taken with the vacuuming

Thanks for your review! Let's start at the start of your list. 1. I apologize if our linen wasn't up to your standard I would have happily changed it for you if I had known you were unhappy. 2. You asked me for extra towels why not have asked for more dishwashing liquid? I could have easily fixed this issue. 3. It is standard in motels that strong smelling food its not to be cook. It is also clearly advertised that we are a pet friendly motel!. 4. As our sign on the reception door clearly states the office is locked at all times! This is for saftey and health reasons. Im sorry its not possible for me to sit in reception all day incase someone needs something. I'm assuming that you're unhappiness with you're stay is the reason why you left your unit in such a state!

hi thank you for your review, i am very sorry you have left a bit unhappy. yes we are an older motel our rates and photos on the web site you booked do clearly show this. no we have sky this to is on the website you booked from each on of our units have wardrobes and luggage stands. i do agree the wifi is difficult at the moment this is due to a new system that has been installed.

Hi thanks for your review. as explain we were in the process of having new internet installed hence the work men who were here. as the large sign on reception says for security our office is always locked. you just push the door bell for assistance. As our site is only small with 12 units we find 1 washing mechine and 1 dryer is enough. I hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday.
