"We had three rooms in this motel, the reception area as you walk in is abit run down, BUT The three rooms we had were absolutely beautiful, very beautifully decorated with matching furniture cushions pictures, coffee & tea and small fridge, everything was perfect Obviously they have redecorated all the bedrooms and were concentrating on the entrance. "Not very well organized with passwords etc. When I arrived, I had to wait for ~10-15 minutes for getting into the room because it was not ready. Location is not confortable. It is ~2 km from the city center and the railway station on foot. The bathroom is shared with others, but in my case it was clean and proper."

"I had a bad expirience in Arman guest house. Room was with staned walls and carpet. Smelly matrass and pullows, dirthy shower curtains ans shower. I jad to buy a pullow and bedshits, i used my towel and clean the surfaces with wipes. I had to stay cut my stay to 4 nights insted of 5. Other guests were very rough and in the night they showted unapropriate words and nocked on my door. I told the owner but he refused toadress the issue. * you knaw jaw it is* - that ware his words.
