"no towels no soap no shampoo."

"The room was clean although there was a cigarette burn on the arm of my couch. I was glad they had basics in the bathroom however the conditioner was mostly filled with water and just shut out hit me in the neck. They had put me in a hearing accessible room which was fine however the freeway outside the window was loud and the room itself appear to be connected to the elevator so all night long there was noise. They did provide it ear plugs and now I understand why. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was fine, and overall it's a decent place to stay!"

"It was safe but that's about it!! And in a nice location. Toilet ran all night refrigerator didn't work. Carpet needs replacing garbage can from room in hallway my whole 4 day stay smelled very little hot water and hot tub didn't work."

"Clean room, staff was friendly, great shuttle drivers. Only issue and it isn't even really a complaint is small elevators. When we had the stroller or luggage we are couldn't fit in one trip. But we just took 2 trips or 2 elevators"

The check-in process was extremely fast and professional, and my room was exceptionally clean and impressive. The bed was very comfortable, and the new checkout process was remarkably efficient, saving me a great deal of time. If you are looking for a great place to stay, I highly recommend this location.
