The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. The location was excellent, at least for what I needed. The breakfast wasn't great, but it saves you the hassle of having to look for food early in the morning. I just had some toast and juice. The hotel looks a bit old, but it is well-maintained. There were many families with kids who were clearly going to Disneyland—that wasn't my case, but I assume it is very convenient for visiting the park.

The bed was comfortable & the shuttle was convenient. But that was about it. Very worn down property- no pool access, no coin laundry, minimal breakfast, room in desperate need of updating, bathroom has no fan - so mold is creeping in, shower curtain doesn't stay open due to curtain rod sagging in middle. Parking was included & the staff acted when we needed stuff.

The room was okay our room had a huge window which was nice, it would've been nicer if I was able to close our curtains 😅 . The hotel also had a weird smell through the hallways. Also im not sure if this is a reoccurring issue but after my day at disney the elevator were out of order so we had to take the stair to our 3rd floor room. Other than those issues the hotel was good for the price I had paid.

The hotel is worn down and dirty. There was an abandoned wagon outside of our window. The shower took long to drain. Breakfast was, yogurt, apples, coffee, apple/orange juice, and bread (not sure of you can toast it. Didn’t even try). shuttle broke down on the way to Disney. Over it’s a good story to tell.

When we first walked in the lobby had a weird smell, the hallways carpets were very dirty and needed some vacuuming. It was extremely hot walking through the hallways. Room was clean, but had a funky smell. It can really use major upgrades. Staff was friendly.

I’ll never stay here again, they had Horrible bed bug problems I’m so traumatized. I should’ve known from the minute I walked in the hotel smelt so bad like cigarettes and marijuana. You could tell it was going to be dirty. The carpets had all types of stains, the showers were disgusting still had hair in it, the buildup around the sink you could tell it was just gross. It’s so outdated, I stayed 1 night because for Disneyland and they had a shuttle and it was affordable at the last minute, I stayed here in the past and it was decent but after this recent stay I’ll never stay here again.

They upgraded my room right when I got there! Was having an issue with the wifi, but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and took care of everything I needed. They have a pretty good breakfast. 10/10 stay. Would recommend to anyone going to Disneyland.
