Hotel is in a great location for Mount Rushmore, Custer state park and other nearby attractions. Plenty of parking and room was good - comfortable beds and other amenities including toiletries. Unfortunately no coffee/tea in room but it was available at the front desk 24/7. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast included both hot and cold options.

A wonderful old hotel that has all the amenities of a modern hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful. Bed's really comfy and a nice lot of fluffy towels. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone. Also wifi really good. And within walking distance of everything. Also pizza was a nice bonus especially as they did gluten-free.

We chose the hotel as it was furnished as if you were stopping in the early part of the last century with the bath next to the bed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a good breakfast and were served by the owner of the hotel. The hotel was well located in the town centre.

Great staff - I want to call out Andres and the other guy at reception (perhaps Dani) for great service on check-out and helping us safely dispose of some camping gear we couldn’t fly home with. Made my day! More broadly the hotel was perfect and clean, with other staff really kind and friendly. Would gladly stay again

All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the dining room where we had a really great meal. The hotel was warm, clean and handy for both the town & the interstate.

Everything with this property was great. But they HAVE to sort out some kind of map for guests to show where the parking is because the description I received was comically bad and it took me 45 mins to find. Other than that it is a clean and well run little hotel.

This place is so precious and quaint with all of the charm of the West without sacrificing the amenities. The wifi worked in our cabin, several hundred yards from the main office. The staff was also incredibly friendly and kind. <3

Nice hotel, convenient for the Interstate and not far from downtown. Very helpful staff and a decent breakfast, would recommend.

The beds were just so comfortable - been on the road 4 1/2 months and these were the best beds we’ve slept in since we left home. Guy at reception super nice too when we checked in
