"Lovely hotel with an iconic building located in the old town of Palermo dating back almost 100+ years. Perfect location to walk to all main historic locations which are within 15 to 20 mins. Very happy with our stay as the hotel staff are really amazing and make every effort to help. Breakfast and Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very nice. The streets around the hotel have interesting little shops and very nice restaurants and much better than the one's on my tourist routes. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Palermo. Looking forward to our next visit."

"The unique thing about the hotel is the helpfulness and dedication of the staff; specifically Dorotea the concierge. Dorotea was dedicated, helpful and provided excellent customer service. She made our stay a very nice one. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning was a problem. The room and the lobby were hot; the staff gave us a stand fan so we can sleep at night."

"this is a great hotel in the best location in the city with a lot of restaurants the staff is great location is safe and very close to main train station take the train from the airport very easy to use instead of paying 55-80euro to get into city...driving can take 55min with train can be less..the only downside to this hotel is you will not sleep in because there is a main yelling in the morning starting at 8am and it seems like it last all days..maybe some type tourism attraction nearby besides that everything is great"
