We stayed at this hotel for two nights whilst exploring the Marsala area and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The first thing to be aware of is that the location shown in Waze is not quite correct, so it’s worth double-checking directions before you arrive. Staff were very helpful, welcoming, and accommodating of our toddler. Room (Grecale, Superior Plus with terrace overlooking vineyards) was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean (if bed a little soft for my personal taste). Great location, very clean rooms, beds comfortable and staff very attentive. Property secure and safe. Breakfast and lunch menu very good but no real dinner menu which is the only downside but that’s not a problem there’s plenty of excellent restaurants on your door step.

I love this location - close to the trendy spots but away at the same time. The staff are beyond amazing and friendly and helpful and the hotel is an oasis in a busy city- pool most welcome on hot days too. And the breakfast and roof deck are lovely. I will stay here again the next time I am in Palermo

Premises are modern and immaculate. Staff try hard to make you feel at home. Lovely breakfast selection. Really enjoyed our stay, very central location so was some noise but glazing amazing at keeping it to a minimum. Lovely room and balcony and such a nice area to make coffee and have a lovely little pastry. Would definitely recommend to others

First rate experience. The staff could not have been more helpful, kind, attentive and welcoming. The room was most comfortable with good facilities including newly refurbished bathroom. Balcony with view of the park opposite was a bonus. Breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked eggs to order and a wide range of foods, regularly replenished. Limited on street parking. Stay at the Alma hotel for 2 nights. Room was perfect for our needs, comfortable bed, clean & bathroom with a shower. Room comes with a mini bar with soft drinks, water which are free to have. We also were given a bottle of bubbles to celebrate our wedding anniversary which was a lovely touch. Staff are extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel location is great, easy walk to all the attractions & dining spots. Would definitely recommend.
