"We reserved a queen deluxe but when we checked in we were told there weren't any availabe and the a reservation wasn't actually a guarantee you would get a room (what??) I said we would take a different room as long as it could fit three, so she finally found us a deluxe king with a pullout sofa. Ok, we can deal with that. But we went out to do stuff and didn't think to check or ask until it was time to go to bed - there were no sheets or blankets in the room for the pull out. It was pas 1am at this point, so I didn't want to call down to ask for a blanket, so we just pulled the top sheet off the bed and used that for the sofa bed. That was really uncool. Then in the morning I took a shower, only to find there was no hair dryer. I have literally never stayed at hotel in the last 30 years that doesn't have a hair dryer! I had to go out in the 30 degree weather with wet hair. Super, super disappointed by these things. On the bright side, the kids entertain area was awesome, and we encountered some top-notch staff: David, our server at Chickie & Pete's was absolutely awesome and so was Trinity at Sensology. I would come back here again, I'm willing to give GSR another shot, but if I had the same room issues, that would be the last time!"

"The property was nice, but they did not offer complimentary water for their guest. We had to pay $2 for mini water bottles from the hotel. We walked over to Harrah’s hotel/casino and was able to get free water from the casino. Other than the pool area was the best feature on the property. "

"The clerk that check us in was very helpful, explained everything. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bartender was super sweet! Looking forward to our next visit."

"We enjoyed our stay at the silver Legacy. It was very clean. The beds were fine pillows too large and hard for me. Restaurants were a little overpriced. I did not enjoy the smoke coming up from the casinos in the common areas."
