"Hotel was very clean. Dated. Chipped paint and peeling wallpaper here and there but very clean. Check in was like pulling teeth. There are rules for everything and they are posted everywhere. Felt unwelcoming over all. "

"Stayed here for a ski trip in Lake Tahoe. Way more economical / comfortable than staying in Truckee or Tahoe City, and worth the drive. Walking distance to quite a few good restaurants! Gym is tiny with no free weights. Mostly treadmills."

"I should have read the room description closer, but the spa suite no longer has a jacuzzi tub. I was disappointed our room was shorted acoffe pid. We asked the front desk for more so we would have it in the morning. It never arrived. The drain in the shower was clogged. I thought it was kind of cheap of the hotel to charge $25 to check in an hour early. I'm the past, if the room was ready and you arrived a little early, it wasn't am issue. Most importantly, we hated the kiosk check in. It didn't work, and we had to get a person to help anyway. Very impersonal and apopr wsy to do business. "
