"The first night we checked on their was blood stained sheets. And someone else's hair all over the uncleaned shower. This was at almost 11pm when we got to our room with our young children. Management wanted to send you house keeping at almost midnight to clean the room and remake the beds. I told them that wouldn't be an option with my young children already asleep. So we had to strip the beds and sleep on the mattress pad covers, luckily we had a few of our own blankets to use. I went down the...

"We love this resort and casino on North Shore. This is our go to resort when we come to Tahoe. In the winter we enjoy the heated pool, and in the summer we enjoy the private beach. Its dog friendly as well which is great. "
