"I thought this hotel was close enough to Glacier National Park while not being considered in the park. It was halfway between the Nat’l park and Kalispell. Nice staff, nice room, convenient parking, etc. We had a good stay!"

"Close and in walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops. Wonderful old fashioned soda fountain and country western store/ antique store we loved! The room of the hotel was neat and clean but a little dated. The toilet kept running after it was flushed but they repaired it right away when I reported it to the front desk. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. The hot tub needed repair but it had hot water and was clean but the whirlpool effect wasn’t working. Part was due in to repair in a few days. Breakfast food was good but it was the same hot food for breakfast every morning. A little variety would have been nice. The rugs in the hallways were pretty worn and frayed in some places and stained. The elevator door wouldn’t always open when you got to the floor you wanted to go to and would go back down to another floor. We caught on that you had to press the “open door button” very quickly when you reached the floor you were trying to get to."

"We were satisfied with this hotel over. The staff were friendly; the room was fairly clean. But it was not the best place to stay if you are visiting Yellowstone national park. It is about 50 minutes of driving to the west entrance."

"The room was comfortable but the air conditioner was loud. While the luggage cart was appreciated, its useful days are about over. The room was clean but the breakfast area could use a little more attention. An example is the top of the garbage container was very dirty. A quick wipe now and again would take care of that."
