This hotel is absolutely top class. Staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, well laid out with large well maintained rooms. The breakfast spread included in the price is very good with something for everyone. The Arctic Light restaurant open in the evening serves great reasonably priced food.

Amazing hotel. Room was lovely, food left was vast and unbelievable quality. Starbucks pods and the chocolate, amazing. Shower was best ever had.Yolanda on email is amazing to talk to. Within 30secs from town centre, withing 10secs from cracking burger and pizza restaurants for great take away. Within minutes from play park for kids, couple of hundred yards for the bus stop to Santapark/Santa Village/Airport. Taxi from Airport to hotel is about 25 to 27 euros. Takes about 7 minutes. Nice place to stay

The staff are very helpful!

Great smaller hotel in a really quiet area yet close to the city. Also a really nice beach close by (1km). Staff was really nice and welcoming

Great location and very central. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and really fresh. The bed was comfortable and you u can cast to your room TV Would recommend staying here on a visit to Oulu

The buffet breakfast was very good. The gym was okay, quite small and limited apparatus. In the room there was no safe and fridge but, there were tea making facilities. The beds were comfortable. I enjoyed my stay

The hotel was in the middle of everthing. Parkingplace was also available in the backyard.

Location where got to see the Northern Lights from the balcony sipping redcwine.

Lovely hotel, highly recommend!

As a frequent traveler to Europe, this is hands down the best value hotel I’ve stayed at. The self-check-in is seamless, and customer service is excellent—they answered my call instantly and sent staff to help right away. It was a pleasant surprise that they even offer Chinese support alongside English and Finnish! The location is extremely convenient, with a shopping mall, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, with strong shower pressure, reliable hot water, and great...

Interesting hotel conversion that works very well. Helpful staff. Great breakfast.

A great hotel with a real sense of warmth and tranquility, fantastic staff and clean well made rooms. It sits at the top of the Ounasvaara hill, so prepare for it, but we loved it. The views over the forest, with the town beyond, are lovely. It's a lovely walk along the forest path down to Rovaniemi (about 2km), we stayed in October and there was no snow. Be prepared for the climb back up, or hop in a taxi for a short ride. The restaurant is a real highlight: local flavours, beautifully served...
