    Haus Auner Top 1 is a true gem for those seeking relaxation. Peacefully situated on a sunny plateau, it offers picturesque hiking trails and beautiful cycling and mountain biking routes. The golf course is almost at your doorstep, and the center of Westendorf—with shops, bars, restaurants, and a swimming pool—is just a 4-minute drive away.



    The spacious property features a living room with a large seating area, TV, and Wi-Fi, as well as a well-equipped kitchen/dining area with two refrigerators, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, and coffee maker. There are three bedrooms for up to eight guests and a bathroom with infrared sauna, toilet, shower, bathtub, and washing machine. A workspace with desk is also available.



    From the kitchen, step onto the large, covered, semi-circular balcony with breathtaking views of the valley and mountains. This balcony is completely private and offers various seating areas. There is also a garden with jacuzzi and barbecue, both shared with other guests. In short, a holiday home with many extras.
