Apex City of Bath Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Very friendly, helpful staff. Very nice room and very nice breakfast. Close to City Centre, Abbey and Baths. Room was spotless and a nice hotel all round. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again."

Holiday Inn Express Bath by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Overall, we had a good stay. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. The only downsides were that the parking was quite expensive, although we managed to find cheaper parking nearby, and the elevator was out of order during our stay. Apart from these minor issues, everything else was good, and we felt the hotel offered fair value. We would be happy to stay here again."

Lansdown Grove
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Given the age of the building and heritage listing, it is beautifully maintained and provide a peaceful setting to relax and explore. We stayed in the room with a patio overlooking a garden, which made for a lovely outlook. While the room wasn't particularly large, it was clean, comfortable, and well suited to our short stay. This is a simple, no-frills property with basic amenities, but it delivered exactly what we were expecting. The breakfast was a real highlight, offering a generous continental buffet along with freshly cooked hot breakfast options available to order. It was an excellent way to start each day. For international travellers, it's worth noting that air conditioning isn't a standard feature in many UK hotels, so it's always worth checking before booking if this is important to you. Similarly, bar fridges are not commonly provided in UK hotel rooms, so don't assume one will be available. Overall, we felt this stay offered excellent value for money and the opportunity to enjoy a unique property in beautiful surroundings. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, character-filled place to stay and don't mind foregoing a few modern conveniences, this is a great choice."

Wookey Hole Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely hotel, room spacious, clean and cool with a powerful fan supplied. Games room really enjoyed by our grandchildren, could do with a change machine though. Restaurant served lovely buffet breakfast and good selection of evening meals. Seemed a bit disorganised but it was busy most evenings. Definitely stay here again as very convenient for Wookey Hole, Cheddar and Weston Super Mare."

The Z Hotel Bath
8/10 Good
"Very small but fairly modern room. Good for the money. Shame about host who gave us the look of it was too much trouble having arrived 10 mins early."

Doubletree by Hilton Bath
10/10 Excellent
"I had a great experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. My only feedback would be regarding the pillows, as I didn’t find them comfortable. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I really enjoyed my stay."

Macdonald Bath Spa
8/10 Good
"Lovely staff, great rooms, pool was lovely but busy. The biggest single let down was breakfast. It was OK nothing special but charging £4 for a speciality coffee and then £6 to upgrade your breakfast for a come of extra bits was just cheap and penny pinching. I typically spend 100+ nights a year in hotels from 3* to 5* and the breakfast thing stuck out out bad."

Beechfield House Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Room was lovely quite a few cracks in the tiles in our bathroom and random hairs found in the shower but rooms was clean and such a good size for a family. Kids loved the pool and sitting round it on the loungers. Breakfast was really nice"

Francis Hotel Bath
10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel in Bath. It has been recently refurbished (I believe in the last two years). Close to all the tourist attractions in downtown Bath. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with two small dogs and the staff provided a dog bed, bowls and a welcome kit for them."
