Pros: Location
Cons: The state are of the rooms are horrendous, just dirty and unkept. Marks on the walls, filthy carpets. Had to change rooms, but only marginally better.
Rooms were very dirty and poorly kept. Overall cleanliness of hotel very poor. Reception described the rooms as second generation. That would put it mildly, for the prices they charge it's not worth the location. Internet connections very poor, so difficult if you are trying to work or conduct any business. TV's poor, it's like its been left to fall apart. Must be very demoralizing for the staff and guests, hence they given up bothering to clean anything. Bathrooms had real problems in shower area with mould, ect.I wish i had taken pictures to add to the review. Do not stay here, i moved to Jurys Inn at Brewery Wharf, rooms so much nicer and and believe or not cheaper. I wish i had booked in there to begin with instead of wasting my money at the Holiday Inn. Not Good!

Staff particularly friendly and helpful

Pros: Lovely staff. Facilities (as expected for Holiday Inn) were clean, good and good value. Nice breakfast.
Cons: Would have liked biscuits on drinks tray in room.
Location: Nice, modern regenerated area, boats moored in quay. City centre fab shops not far. Highly recommend FREE River Taxis from quay to back of station
Stayed here as we were going to evening event at Royal Armouries museum next door. Comfortable, clean room. Had really good night's sleep. Nice breakfast buffet. Staff helpful with providing local information, booking taxi etc.

Hotel.... Motel.....Holiday Inn.....

Pros: Good location; excellent staff; reasonable cost
Very happy with my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express, Leeds. I needed to be close to Liberty Dock, which is a stone's throw, and this was my first stay in in a Holiday Inn. The welcome was top notch, and the staff were all universally excellent and attentive. I will no doubt be staying with Holiday Inn again. Very impressed, thank you.

Armouries Visit

Posted 16-Mar-2016 on Hotels
I used the hotel as a base to attend a meeting at the Armouries museum and with only a 100 metre walk it was perfect. The staff were very helpful throughout including keeping hold of some clothing and gifts that were left in the bar. If you do need to use the bar later than normal closing time, make sure you pre-auth a credit card to the room beforehand or else that nightcap wont be available.

Leisure Stay

Very Nice Hotel. Staff Very Friendly. My only Critisism is that the Bar Area is absolutely Freezing. Making it uncomfortable to sit in.
