Gated garage parking is included for the duration of your stay and there is a 24/7 lobby attendant to answer any immediate questions. There is an application process required with the HOA, including a $150 fee due to the building. Therefore, reservations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival. This property can only be booked for a minimum of 4 weeks. Good to Know Before You Book: Pet Policy: This home is not pet-friendly. No animals of any kind are permitted as owners are highly allergic to all types of animal dander.
