"The staff was very helpful with directions for Vegas destinations. The hotel was in the perfect location for within walking distance of allegiant stadium. My only complaint was no hot tub."

"The only thing I didn't like about the room was the shower. It didn't have a fully enclosed shower, only had half covered so I splashed water on the floor near the toilet. The showerhead was one of those hand held ones and couldn't be situated high on the wall. The water pressure could have been a lot stronger as well. Apart from that everything was great. I enjoyed the casino, stores, restaurants, and food hall. The blackjack dealers were really fun, especially Evan. We had a good time with him, even if he did take all my money! I would definitely stay at the Rio in the future, and I would recommend it to family and friends who wouldn't mind staying off strip. Thanks for everything."

"The room was clean and well-stocked. I appreciated the daily shower caps and sponge provided in the bathroom. Considering the price, the room was good. It had a small kitchenette with a refrigerator. However, the room temperature was inconsistent, and it would get hot at night. I was unimpressed by the Hotel staff. The security guards that we passed on our way to the parking lot everyday for the most part ignored as we passed by. We requested a room cleaning on the second day of our stay, but it never happened. Our room remained unkempt for three days and two nights. On the positive side, the gym at the Palms Place was excellent, and we managed to get a CrossFit workout in. The casino 24 hour cafe offered a variety of delicious food options and the staff there was very pleasant. If I ever need an inexpensive place to stay with a kitchen, I would consider staying here again."
