"The resort was very clean, safe, and quiet. The staff sent an email each day asking if we needed any housekeeping supplies so that was efficient. The unit we had looked like it had been recently updated and was very clean. If you are not a heavy sleeper, get a room on the second floor. The floors are very very squeaky above and we had an upstairs neighbor that was walking around for hours during the night and again in the morning. That is the only hesitation I would have if I couldn’t guarantee second floor next time. Otherwise a great place to stay!"

"I have stayed here several times and when registering I have asked for a room with a king size bed and it was given to me without problem. The last two visits I was told that they did not have rooms with a king size bed so we had to settle for two queen beds, this was disappointing, so I’m going to stay elsewhere, not returning to Palace."
