A peaceful seaside getaway in Avia, just a few steps from the beach, with a stunning view of the Messinian Gulf. The space features a private outdoor area for relaxing, dining, or simply enjoying the sunset. While it is not a luxury accommodation, it is functional and ideal for couples or solo travellers seeking tranquillity and a refreshing sea breeze. Free Wi-Fi and parking are provided.  
  
The Space:  
Wake up to a backdrop of blue sky and sea in this charming apartment, just a few meters from the beach. Its standout feature? The spacious terrace—perfect for breakfast, reading, sunbathing, or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset.  
  
Inside, the apartment is simple and practical. It includes:  
  
A comfortable double bed  
  
A bathroom with hot water, shower, and clean towels  
  
A basic kitchen with a fridge, essential utensils, and a Nespresso coffee machine  
  
While the space hasn’t been recently renovated and some areas show their age, many guests have praised its cleanliness and the accuracy of the listing. A few have noted small omissions (e.g., wine glasses, kitchen towel, trash bags), which we are already working to address.

The lower bedroom and some storage areas may show signs of humidity (especially in summer), but we take care to ensure proper ventilation and maintenance to provide the best possible experience.

Nestled in one of the most enchanting regions of the Peloponnese, the house is designed to comfortably host a large family or a group of friends, offering a cozy and modern atmosphere in a truly idyllic setting.  
  
Avia is a quiet coastal village that combines tranquility and convenience. Known for its stunning seaside views and laid-back lifestyle, it’s also home to vibrant summer nightlife and serves as an ideal base for exploring Messinia. The property is just a stone’s throw from the sea, allowing guests to enjoy refreshing morning swims and peaceful sunset strolls right outside their door.  
  
Within walking distance, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: a mini market just 100 meters away, a pharmacy at 400 meters, and a beach bar and restaurant located right next door. This blend of seclusion and accessibility makes the property perfect for a carefree holiday.  
  
The area is surrounded by a variety of beaches to suit every mood and style — all in the order of proximity. Just 100 meters away lies Ligotropia Beach, a tranquil spot ideal for quiet swims. At 600 meters, Arxontiko Beach offers a peaceful, local vibe. Akrogiali Beach, 1.5km away, is a small pebbly beach with crystal-clear waters and lovely seaside tavernas. Santova Beach, at 2km, is a lively, organized sandy beach popular for its beach bars and summer energy, while Mikri Mantineia Beach, also 2km away, is quiet and picturesque with taverns along the shore. You can reach the house either by airport, which is only 20km away, or by car.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
Access is available by car, taxi, or bus. Kalamata is just 13 km away, while Kalamata Airport is only 22 km from the property.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Good location for local coves and beaches with restaurants and beach bars in vicinity. Parking space is shared. Great balcony. Host was very responsive and kind and friendly. Basic and a few touches could lift it, but we enjoyed our stay.
