A luxurious private villa, only 800m from the beach with a large patio, offering unparalleled views of the endless blue, and combining luxury and attention to detail, will offer you a unique experience.  
The area combines a cosmopolitan style with a feeling of seclusion, which will make you enjoy moments of leisure and relaxation.  
The property features a spacious villa and a guest house, totally independent and autonomous:  
\-The villa, on the first floor, features an open-plan space with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a modernly designed bathroom.  
Both bedrooms feature a cozy double bed each, and gives access to the spacious veranda of the property, which offers great views to Mani Peninsula!   
In the bedrooms you will also find all the necessary amenities provided for your comfortable vacation.   
\-The guest house, on the ground floor features an open-plan space with a dining area, a kitchenette, a sleeping area and a modernly designed bathroom. The sleeping area also features one cosy double bed!

The house is the perfect starting point to getting to know Peloponnese, an ideal destination for those wishing to combine a relaxing and refreshing holiday with a multi-activity area and a vivid nightlife. Get ready to explore the area, which is known for its lacy sandy coasts and its dreamy views.  
The location combines the beauty and peace of the mountain scenery with the easy access to beautiful beaches. Close to the property you will be able to explore other famous cosmopolitan beaches such as Panatzi Beach (1,5km), Katafigi beach(2km), Malsova beach(1,5km), Gnopsi (2km), Kalogria (6km), Foneas Beach (8km), Kardamyli beach(10km).  
Nearby, you will find shops for your daily shopping, delicacies, bakeries, pharmacies, traditional taverns and restaurants where you will taste local flavors. There are also many cafes with a special character.  
Very close to the village there are plenty of places with lively nightlife, traditional taverns and fancy beach bars. The visitor can arrive from Kalamata (45km) or Sparti (85km), and there is also a continuous bus connection.  
You can reach the house either by airport, which is only 45 km away, or by car.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Alles bestens! Tolle Lage, sehr groszügig geschnittene Räume, netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern. Bei Anreise unbedingt der Anfahrtsbeschreibung folgen ( es gibt keine Strassennamen). Und genübend Trinkwasser mitnehmen ( das Leitungswasser ist etwas salzig).
