"Very spacious and clean. Nicely decored and homely. Everything you need is there and the host is very good and responsive to queries. The lodge is situated on a nice quiet camp site and has its own single carspace right outside. "When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "Great hotel stay. Really friendly and helpful staff. Very good room..Aircon worked well, comfy bed, good furnishing. Only issue for me was they kept running out of eggs at breakfast, which was irritating for people like me, who don't eat meat. Other people clearly annoyed by this also. Why didn't they get enough eggs...seemed like they were on rations"

"We had a great stay overall. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from a twin room to a family room, which gave us plenty of extra space and was much appreciated. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was modern, tidy, and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The only small criticism is that the room could have been a little cleaner, as there were a few cobwebs around the windows. It wasn't a major issue and didn't affect our stay, but it's something that could easily be improved. Overall, we had a positive experience and would happily stay here again."

"Staff were excellent throughout our stay. They were friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are well appointed, the cooked breakfasts are good quality and the bar is well stocked. There's ample free parking and a taxi ride to Lincoln city centre is very reasonably priced. This is our go-to stay-place when we are in Lincolnshire and we'l be back again next year !"
