"Absolutely loved it here! I traveled with my husband and four children. We got a two bedroom, and it was perfect! Always enough parking, easy to get to from the main roads and the facility is just beautiful! The staff is friendly, they will reach out via texts to see how you are doing. Anything you may need, they are just a text away which makes things so convenient. I will definitely stay here everytime I come to Orlando."

"During check- In There was a Internal Error on the original room booked, kuddos to Justina from Puerto Rico as she was amazing on resolving the issue in a timely manner, after a 22+ Drive from Tx with a exhausted 2yr old, after our flight was cancelled. Certainly Dealing with booking issues was the last thing we wanted! So we do appreciate the fast accommodation so we could get some rest after a long drive and the being placed in a quiet, clean and spacious room. Staff was helpful, courteous and quick to respond to guest needs, the water park was amazing our little one enjoyed himself very much We didn’t get Taste the food or explore the entire property, however it is our plan to do so on our next family trip to Orlando."

"I was so upset I was traveling with a 2 year old and the shower had hair all over, carpet & couch so many stains, the bed sheets weren’t even on the bed, the towels were stained, the the tile with slippery. I was so grossed out I never leave reviews but I had to. "

"When you enter the hotel the smell of mold/mildew is very strong. The room had the same odor. The lighting in the room was low, and the air conditioner sits very close to the bed so the cold air is on your face body as you sleep. Woke with dry sore throat. It is the smell of the room and hotel, air-conditioned blowing at you I rated lower. This should be a 6 not an 8. The pool also should leave the skimmer out for patrons to scoop bugs out of the pool. Over all the hotel Iwas clean, staff friendly. My suggestions would be remove carpets and the Murphy door to the bathroom (seemed to have strong odor. Proximity to park and price were excellent."
