"First the good parts The unit itself was nice and clean when we got in, very comfy. The on site restaurants were perfect and the waterpark was amazing. We all had so much fun there. And its pretty safe for young kids, the life guards are always alert which made me feel very secure letting my daughter play. There's also the most adorable ducks ever and the transport staff were all so polite and pleasant no matter how many times we requested a shuttle to and from the room. Walmart is also close by so that was helpful. Now for the not so good parts We got a one bedroom villa with a pullout couch in the living room. The pullout was horrible. The mattress was very thin and we could feel the bed frame under us when we sat on it. Not even our 5-year-old could sleep on it which was our original plan. She had to end up sleeping in the bedroom with my partner and, not very comfortable (wouldn't recommend it). Besides that the dishwasher was very touchy. You have to stack it in a very specific way or it would not close. But there is no indicator on the dishwasher to tell you its not closed properly so the water can run out if you're not careful. The bottom tray of the dishwasher was also broken on one side and rusted. My advice is to just invest in upgrading the pullout mattress and dishwasher to more comfortable and modern models."

"We had a great stay and if we ever return to Florida we would stay here again. washer/dryer in the unit was very convenient. Kitchen had basic utensils, pan, bowls, plates, coffee maker, blender, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher. starter supply of detergent, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, coffee were given."
