Poor soundproofing ,we could hear noise from adjacent rooms

Friendly staff and easy check in. Free coffee in reception. The hotel is modern, clean and fresh. The rooms were clean with plenty of sockets, towels and space. Handy fridge and coffee maker and ice machine in the hall by the lift. You can also buy snacks and drinks in the lobby and there is a microwave to heat things up if you need to. This was a very nice hotel clean and modern. A couple of small touches needed in the bathroom. But the room was light and airy and very modern. Could do with breakfast included in price.

Great location for SeaWorld, we walked only 1 mile. Room was great, clean, comfortable bed. Good breakfast too

Just Refurbed room

Clean rooms, good breakfast and very helpful staff

We had a great stay at the Sheraton. We had a great room. However we had a restricted view on the 3rd floor. We did request a room on a high floor and if I returned to the Sheraton which is highly likely I would insist on a higher floor. Everything about the complex we loved and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly and always took time to have a small conversation with us. Great stay and trolley stop at the front gate which services I drive going to both outlets and sea world.

Great apartments, perfect for families exploring Universal and the wider Orlando area.

The rooms were comfortable and quite spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our stay, although more mugs and wine glasses would have been appreciated. One of the rooms had a faulty tap. I contacted the owner in the morning and it was fixed the same day. The location is excellent for Universal and an Uber to Disney is reasonable.
