"Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Jakarta Kota. I must say, the front office staff went out of their way to take care of my requirements and even ordered some IKEA products I wanted to carry back. The staff across were nice and courteous and always helpful - house keeping, restaurant, room service, support staff and front office. The rooms were spacious and nice, and of course the breakfast buffet too! Was a pleasant stay and would love to come back again. "

Outside was dirty and chaotic like most of Jakarta but this is not the fault of the hotel. Probably wont visit Jakarta again but if I did I would stay and the Menara Peninsular again."
