"We had a refreshing break at The Londoner! Very clean and the staff are very friendly and courteous.
Breakfast was lovely but I found the room quite small and tables too close to each other making it difficult to move around. Getting breakfast in the room the next day was a much better choice and it was beautifully presented and delicious.
Room was cleaned well and turndown service was also done in the evening which was a pleasant surprise.
This might sound strange but the warm toilet seat with automated cleaning function and water sprays was just marvellous! Wonderful power shower in the bathroom too. The bed was so comfortable you could just sink in and the pillows were fluffy. We had a city view room and could see all the major landmarks of London city .
Overall a wonderful hotel."
