"The staff was lovely. We arrived early in the morning and they were very helpful and nice. The room is a bit small and limited TV (no sports at all) options but the bathroom shower was excellent. Loved the free filtered water and mini-kitchen setup. The location was perfect for us. Easy to get to the tube and everywhere else in London."
