"Very nice hotel. Room was spacious with plenty of drawers and closet space. Breakfast was great as was the staff. The remodeled bath/shower leaves a lot to be desired. Little room to stand except right on the drain which then closes it. The elevators don’t go down to ground level, you have to take the stairs or a different Lyft"
"We had to cancel due to a health issue that required us to return to USA earlier that planed. Your no refund policy is unheard of and has the smell of greed!"
"Basic and comfortable room - amenities are limited but good if all you need is somewhere to sleep for 1-2 nights. Great location and helpful staff - official check in is from 3pm but I was able to get in to my room before this, so is worth asking. I experienced some noise/music late into the night, presumably from a nearby bar but this is a trade off with the central location."
The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel, Mayfair London
8/10 Good
"Very clean, well appointed room, with a really nice bathroom. Obviously in a great part of London (being in Mayfair). Very nice and helpful staff. Had a nice bar that we were thankfully able to get into at least once. Sadly, what we were able to do later in the day was very limited since the hotel was so busy. So we weren't able to access the bar or the spa the rest of our stay."
"The hotel has a modern, edgy design and a great location near Chinatown. The room was a little small, but overall comfortable. However, there was a blood stain on the bedsheet, which was unpleasant, and the sound insulation was poor — I could clearly hear the people next door showering for nearly an hour. There were cobwebs around the air vent, since my room was a corner room at the end of the hallway, it made me feel like nobody had stayed this room for a while."
