Our home is located in West Columbia, SC in an area affectionately called “New Brookland.” West Columbia, or WeCo, is a vibrant neighborhood directly across the river from downtown Columbia. It is minutes from USC campus, Williams-Brice Stadium, and the South Carolina State House. WeCo has miles of beautiful riverside walking trails, delicious restaurants, the Riverbanks Zoo, and two awesome beer gardens!

This listing includes the entire duplex. You will have access to both sides of the entire home, ample street parking, back patios, and backyard. The home has keyless entry for easy access at check-in and throughout the duration of your stay.

Guests are able to check-in anytime after hassle-free without host interaction. Early check-in and late check-out options are available upon request and availability. Guest fees apply to reservations over 8.
