Safety: For your peace of mind, Sunset Point is a gated property with security cameras in common areas. The unit has smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. The shoreline here is ironshore (rocky), so exercise caution when entering the water – we recommend water shoes and snorkeling with a buddy. There is ladder access to the sea via the dive site next door. No Smoking/Pets: No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo (you may do so in outdoor areas with doors closed). Unfortunately, pets are not permitted for short-term guests. Please refer to the white folder on the coffee table in the condo for important information regarding your stay, including house rules, check-in/out procedures, and local recommendations. Very clean and appears to be a new construction. It is oceanfront, cozy and well appointed. It is situated in a quiet part of the island and is a perfect getaway for couples. The amenities are great.
