"My wife and I stayed during the month of March and the place is immaculate. Two great sized bedrooms, both with king beds and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was nicely appointed and well-maintained.This condo is the perfect spot for vacationing...far from the hustle and bustle of Georgetown but close enough to go over for sightseeing, food, and drink.Then return to the "quieter side of the island with enough local food and drink to ease into the night."

"Kyle was accommodating enough to allow early check in since my flight got in around noon. Access to the condo was seamless. It was clean and well kept; though the furniture needs updating. I loved the quiet beach for lounging. The onsite bar has a great spicy margarita. Had breakfast down the street at coconut Joes’’s a few times. The best snapper I’ve had in a while came from Peppers! Great stat overall. Use Rowan Water sports for your tours! They’re great! "

"This place is mint, brand new spacious rooms with lots of amenities, great kitchen, dish washer , oven , washing machine and dryer in room , nice living room beautiful bedroom, great balcony , loved the remote control blinds , very classy room !! No complaints at all. One of the most comfortable rooms I have ever stayed in. The roof top pool was mint! We stayed at the grove too which is there newer area so the rooftop pool was huge! The gym was one of the best gyms I have ever been to! We went everyday! State of the art equipment and even classes. There was a 24hr supermarket on site, the morning coffee and brunch at island naturals was key! And at night they have 3 restaurants that were all awesome! The beach is right across the street, 3 min walk and each unit has an umbrella , cooler and beach chairs you can bring with you. I have zero complaints , this place was a steal for the price we paid. "
