This is one of the few condominiums within a few miles that has a really great sandy beach. The others we walked by were all rocks in front of them, we even had neighboring guests come over to the beach here to enjoy. The snorkeling was also fairly good right out front of the property and in the surrounding areas. The pictures are exactly as you see and we had everything we could have needed. Plenty of kitchen appliances and plates, glasses etc. Loved having all the extra beach towels and washer/dryer in the unit The patio looks out into a very nice shady garden, perfect for morning coffee. Peppers restaurant is walking distance and has great BBQ ribs. XQ is right next door and has great happy hour every day for wood fired pizza and cocktails. The owner responded immediately when we had a toilet leak and had it repaired ASAP. The beds weren’t super comfortable, so we had sore necks the entire time, but overall it was great. We were disappointed in the overall state of the condominium complex. It was quite rundown and the beach/swimming area wasn’t great.
