"Thankfully this stay was limited to less than 12 hours due to a canceled flight. Customer Service was great. But the hotel itself was not that great. No ice machines. (Fill ice trays when u get there) so that’s 4+ hours of no ice. Hallway floors were not well kept. Could hear the people above me ..."
