"My mother and I stayed at this hotel back in 2015 and we loved it. Nearly 10 yrs. later, I came back to stay because Bruno Mars was in Charlotte for a concert. For some reason, we I checked in, there wern't any keys for the room I ordered and I had to wait 30 min. I have to admit, that was strange, and it caused me to be late arriving to the concert. However, the staff was nice about it, and they even put me in an upgraded room with no extra charge, since I couldn't get into the king sized one. So, that thing aside, I still recommend this hotel whenever you're in the beautiful city of Charlotte!"

"Our room was clean but the elevators were not working and we weren't told until we have checked in. I would've appreciated it if we were told in advance."
