"The room was spacious for a family of four. The bathroom was large, clean and comfortable. The separate toilet room was the best. The breakfast was amazing, local and fresh. They went above and beyond any other hotel we stayed at in Germany. Wish we could've stayed here for longer. Thank you Vienna House!"

"Because of train delays I wasn't sure if I would arrive at the hotel before reception closed. I phoned them to check and they were very helpful and sent me a door code for after hours access. In the event I was about 10 minutes late and someone was still there and gave me a very friendly welcome, which did a lot to alleviate the misery of a stressful journey! I really enjoyed my stay, staff were friendly and efficient, breakfast buffet excellent and room spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is well-situated, a quick walk to the town centre and most of the sights. Would definitely recommend."
